My phone will not connect at all to wifi!!  I called sprint and after numerous transfers got someone and they said at first that it couldn't do wifi.  I asked them to put the supervisor on and he apologized for the mistake. He said that I did everything possible and will have to bring it back to BB and exchange the phone. That is if they have any left!  Anyone else had this problem?  If this is the case already I may return it for good, and bye bye sprint.   Someone help!

I agree, it is a great phone, but one of the reasons I purchased this was for the wifi. Not to mention I bought the invisible shield at BB as well.  Hope they can reinstall it or give me a new one for free.  Very frustrated!

HAHAHAHA, that was probably me. I'm on my second one. I exchanged it Saturday after getting the first one on Friday. I could see my home network, but could not connect to it, then when I took it to the store, it could not find any of the in-store networks. The replacement found the in-store networks and connected to my home network pretty quickly.
Another funny thing is that I opted for the invisible shield on my 2nd one and had it installed there as well. I just hope I don't feel the need to return/exchane this one either.
