It would be great if you would just post your questions, comments, or concerns in just one topic:)

it doesnt make sense to put everything in a single topic. Its easier to find stuff this way.

I agree completely that a Mod needs to break this HD discussion up. My point earlier was that regardless of how many topics there are, posting the exact same thing in each topic and then starting a new topic for the exact same thing is pointless and annoying. Posting the same thing multiple times rarely changes the outcome. The same people will see it every time that it is posted.

Well we all know Sprints 3G is pretty fast. So is Wi Fi a help or burden (draining battery faster)? Basically is it really needed or just nice to have?

From what i've read about wifi on phones, it's supposed to use less battery life.

Mine connected to wifi with no problem(and found 6 other surrounding networks) and it seems to make the net run much faster, and I don't see any problem with the battery life

I say "nice to have" because I get great speeds and don't need the wifi.

Mine finds about 5 wi fi spots but i cant get it to connect to mine. Not sure what the deal is. It sees it and tried to connect and then fails. trying to reboot the phone to see if that helps. If not I;m taking this phone back tomorrow.

This may be obvious but I'll say it anyway, I was typing the wrong password, which is not hard to do on this phone.

The use I can see for it is if you're outside the U.S. and want to use data, you can find an access point and do it for a whole lot cheaper than any expensive data roaming fees.  Then all we need is Skype and voila - free calls too!
