On Demand Content

Does anyone else have problems with the On Demand content? Mine always hangs up, is out of sync, or ghosts. The Live stuff is usually pretty good. I know there are hacks for fixing TV, but I have found that they don't fix the On Demand stuff. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, or has a solution. Thanks.
