dp u have to be subscribed to the tv on ur phone to be able to watch it..or if u dl the apps you will be fine???

If you haveny recieved anything then pree *2 on your phone and follow the prompts for tech support. Tell them that you have not recieved any updates for the nfl package. I also saw a commercial that saif if you text nfl to 777  then something will be sent to you. But I think calling tech support is a sure fire way and should only take about five minutes. good luck. Its an awsome program.
