I lost all my channal's???

My bill was due and Before i Paid it i had all my channals and subscriptions and all was good angel

then i paid my bill in full and now i have none Angry

can anyone help me with this i call CS but with no help !!!!

have you tried the reset in the ##data# menu yet? Seems to help some people. Also stop dealing with CS, they're clueless alot of times, but they try to help...just tell em you need advanced tech...
