OK so what happened is that i turned on my phone. and it was compelety not calibrated. so i went to the calibration option, of course. it was hard but i got there. (Home-Main-Settings-General-Calibration) So i go trhough the first 3 easily. but then the 4th one, i cant press the middle of the 4th cross. everytime i try. i doesnt work. most of the time, it presses the back button because my phone is not callibrated and the forth square with the cross in it is right over the back button so yea. i cant get it to callibrate again... again. i need ASAP help
thanks

Something sounds not right with your phone. The whole point of calibration is for you to set your calibration. It shouldn't matter what it was set to, you are changing it. Unless you hear otherwise from someone else on the board I would bring it in and swap it out. Sounds like faulty hardware.

I agree with pwagner, that screen is screwed up.  The calibration is to tell the screen where you are touching, and if you cannot touch one area then it is faulty.

At least it is still under the 1 year term

I got it. like on the top right calibration squares, i pressed below the, and the middle one, i pressed below the square too. and on the bottom 2, i pressed right above the square. it worked. so then, it still wasnt calibrated, I went to the calibration option again. and this time, i pressed in the center of each one and it worked perfectly. So yea, first time i had to jack it up more, then I tried again and it worked...

but thanks for trying

almost the same problem here..... i cant calibrate the phone correctly. the top right corner is completely off. i have to touch a few mm away from the cross so it could finish calibrating.

I brought mine into a sprint store with exactly the same issues. They have replacement front screens.  Takes the phone repair guy about 20-30 minutes unless they don't have in stock.. bonus your phone almolst like new again no scratches and the eairpiece is clean, again.  Mine used to get all linty or whatever from pocket i guess
