Touch screen no longer reading. Tried soft reset and all.

I was sending a text last night and hod no issues. As soon as I go to the home screen the phone will no longer read my finger nor the stylus. Nothing is working. was told to take it to a sprint store to check and possibly replace. Just curious if this has happened to others Angry

Same thing here, last night everything was fine now it is compltly unresponsive

Same thing happened to me tonight, I changed my battery and when I turned the phone on my touch screen will not work at all. Anyone find a solution to this?

Did you try installing any apps/programs before that happened? If not, then I'd have to agree with jt.

Yeah, Me and My G/f already had this happen. we're both on our 2nd Instinct, and she's starting to have some issues that we think might get her her 3rd. I could see calls and text coming in, the screen just didn't accept input. They said it's something they're seeing more and more. If you have insurance, they just try resets, and then just give you a new phone.

They had jacked my account up and at first told me I didn't have insurance. The Techs at the local store were great when I explained everything and showed my bill, they got it all worked out and had my accoutns marked 'insured,' before I left. I was rather pleasued with the service.
