Replaced screen but now.....???

i had this phone for a while, and I work on a farm so the screen got scratched cuz i didn't take good enough care of the phone, so i bough a replacement touch screen off of eBay and received it, so i got the phone apart and installed it only to turn my phone back on and find out i cant get any signal whatsoever, please help me and tell me why i cant get any signal

You might have broken the antenna ribbon cable or not hooked it back up.
