Well, i was walking down the mall and i went to show my cousin a picture of something. My girlfriend, thinking it was an embarrassing picture of her slaps it out of my hands and it hits the floor, hard. The case went into pieces and i picked the phone up and the touch screen will not work. Occasionally it will work for 3 minutes at most, what should i do? How much to fix it do you think it will be?

Well, I believe its free fix if you have insurance. If not its the price of a new phone. Unless your lucky at the sprint shop.

First, make the gf an ex. Second, go to the sprint store, and if you don't have insurance, find either a guy and make your girl sound like the biggest...well, you know, and see if he'll hook you up. OR, find a girl and make it sound like your girl did it on accident and feels terrible, but you told her that it was still working just fine. You'll look sweet to her, so she'll be more likely to help you.

k, seriously man... don't waste your time with Sprint's protection crap. I've used SquareTrade and not only will they cover the phone, you'll more than likely NOT have to pay anything for a new phone. That's right, I said new.

Look into it. And while you're doing that, everyone else; look into SquareTrade and see if you can drop Sprint's Totally Useless Replacement Protection Behemoth.

how long have you had the phone?? i would go to the sprint store/ a servce center/ and claim defect, just say the phone started doing this DO NOT mention it being dropped....afaik they do not have a shock sensor only water....

btw post those embarassing pictures of the gf since she deserves it!!
