I was charging my phone using my laptop. I took the cord out of the phone and saw a red excalamation point. When I turned the phone on and tried to unlock it, the touch screen is not working.

Is there a reset button on the phone anywhere. What can I do?

Have you tried a soft reset?

Take the battery out for 2 minutes.  Turn the phone back on.
