You Guys its Jus not working I just cant seem to get the D pad on my Phone... And I followed your guide perfectly...I really dont care about the sound at this point.. I jus wanna be able to play...Frustrated im usally good with stuff like this...Plz help everything is set up right Meboy 2.0 and the settings is on point.....I did not want to hinder anyone with this topic but...PLZ!!!

I don't know if this will help or not, but I've found that the screen orientation has to be a specific way, or it won't work. I wanted the landscape mode in meboy to match everything else (holding the phone in landscape mode with the top edge of the phone facing left and the bottom facing right). When I set it that way, nothing worked. Flipped it 180 degrees, and it worked like a charm.

On another note, are you refering to in-game, or in the menu that the d-pad isn't working?

When i start my game and click on the pokemon game that i sent to my phone with rumkin... it starts with those options saying start game, settings and soforth.. When i hit start game. It starts but there are no control pad at the bottom.... only the jar. file is on my phone....do i need the jad. as well.

Did you set rotation mode to 0 in the settings?

As far as I know, the jad file is only necessary for installing the game (provides the necessary info for installing the jar). I can't be certain what's wrong. I've only used a pre-compiled version I found on one of the threads here, so I haven't built it myself. My advice would be to find a pre-built version and see if it runs. If not, the problem might lie elsewhere.

Hummm How do i Get the Pre-built version...Thats Probally the only thing i did not try...Yeah I have the rotation on zero...

You get the pre-built version the same place you get the working builder, here on this forum in the "latest MeBoy and MeBoyBuilder" thread. Sounds like you may have the wrong version to start with.

Also, do you have a Sprint phone? If not, your firmware may not support this.

I got the Samsung Instinct! I had it for a year then i got robbed then i got a brand new 1 last week...can it be because my phone is brand new....still got the lil stickers on it Cheesy

..... Im usally good with this teck stuff I cant sleep at night trying to get this D padd LOL imma look for the thing you told me to look 4
