I don't think anyone gets that
the Instinct is NOT suppose to be an IPhone. Just as Leopard is not suppose to be vista. If it was designed to be an IPhone they would have called it the IPowner.
Samsung was just trying to bring touch screens into its line of phones, but I think it was Sprint adding visual voice mail that really turned people to thinking it as an IPhone. Samsung made a great phone that is affordable for all. They had to cut out features that the IPhone has that are not necessary to a phone such as wifi, multi touch, accelometer, and a light sensor.
This phone is the foundation for a new era of phones for samsung and is the beginning of Sprints transition from appealing to buisness class people to appealing to all including the younger generation.
