Great find??? It's on their public development site and it is a dognpony show announcing the contest and the SDK for the Instinct.  New software being released on the 9th? I HIGHLY doubt that.

Im watching right now. The current slide's title is "Instinct Platform Overview" and the last bullet point says "High Level LCDUI" with a sub bullet point saying "Being fixed at current time, will be released in next 2 month timeframe".

Said it would be an OTA fix.
