my instinct s30 keeps giving me an error every time i try to download the new opera mini 5 ppl are talking about. It gives me "download failed application authorization failure 910" How do i stop this from happening so i can use opera 5

Skyhighceo, try the following:

Go to m.opera.com.

Select "Other Download Options".

Under "Options for OM 5" click "Select Code Signing Certificate".

Select "Verisign", then click "Download OM 5".

P.S.--I would be more thorough in my instructions, but I'm limited to 200 characters per post, b/c I'm on my s30 in OM 4.2.  Please let me know if the above works for you, otherwise I can elaborate.

I have been using Opera mini 5  on my instinct successfully up until today.  When I get to the start page and try open one of the shortcut/bookmarks/links it says unable to connect please check network settings.  Opera Mini 4.2 still werx.  hmmm

have you tryd testing the network? it should work after that. works for me every time. its cuzz when your phone looses signal opera will still think that theirs still no signal on the phone till you force it to test it. hope i helped. cookies pls Wink

its in opera's settings under advanced then network test.
also if you want more settings type in opera's browser "opera:config"
pls i want cookies for this.
