Love this new browser!!! its like i'm using a new phone.
for some reason full screen text edit works once but then never comes up again...that sucks for my lil brother because his screen is messed up so he can't touch the "p" button on the new keyboard

nice.  just downloaded and playing with it.  so far not able to get a pic to zoom within opera itself.  now, when i choose Open Image, then Zoom image...it boots me to the native browser.  in 4.2, i was able to select a pic then choose zoom view of it within opera itself.

not able to save the image either.  keep getting the Download Failed message.  (i don't have the hack on my original instinct.)

anybody able to do it?

When the Download File prompt comes up, select Other...  Then browse to somewhere on your memory card... I did memorycard/OTHERS/IMAGES and was able to save an image to that folder.  Or use memorycard/DCIM/SAVED if you want it in your "Saved" photos.

Hi, I've just tried your advice and for x reason when I browse other then memory card, I have no subfolder in the memory card, I've tried to save to all folders but it fails still. Any idea? Thanks

You've got to be kidding, they would do that just a few days from me upgrading my phone.

This is how I save to the memory card:  Scroll down to "Other", it's the last option.  Select "memorycard/".  Pick whichever folder suits your need (ie. "DCIM" then "SAVED").  Then push the Select button.  Then push the Save button on the next screen.

You have to scroll down and select Other first and then memorycard... Do not select memorycard from the initial dropdown.

love the new setup, tabbed pages don't work to well, it seems to run out of memory too quickly. Yes, you must go into settings and set everything up. Love how all my bookmarks & stuff transfered. WOHO

Each time you type m.opera.com into the browser, they will notify you what the current version is...  LOL

Just downloaded it to my s30. I really like all the new features this has. Only a few things I dont like. I cant find the apostrophe on the new keypad. It is alot slower then the 4.2 is this because it is still in beta? It would also be nice to have a spell check with the keypad. Other then that its great.

Does the older version of Opera Mini have to be deleted/uninstalled to use the Beta?  How about the settings, bookmarks, etc;  all have to be started over?

The apostraphe is hidden sort of..hit the 123 button and then the + button.
