Opera Mini 3.1 v.s. 4.1

I have been looking and people always say to get the 3.1 version but i have the 4.1 vrsion. what is the difference and why should i get 3.1?

You should get 3.1, because it will actually open the second time. Opera 4.1 hangs

Yeah, the second time you open up 4.1, it'll actually only get to 80% on the loading screen and stop.
And not to mention that it crashes often on our phone if constant use.
