I know the instinct has its own operating system, but does anyone know/think it will be able to run Office Mobile or even Documents to Go?

-Thanks

The Instinct has neither Windows or Palm OS, so Office and Docs to Go are not an option at launch. Maybe someone will develop a Java-based app that could simulate Docs to go. At launch, the Instinct will be able to tap into someone's Outlook web account (OWA if they have one), but only for email -- no direct sync tubes between calendar or contacts and the Instinct.

That might be an option josh -- I haven't tried it myself, so great thought! That idea raises a couple of questions ... wonder what happens if you're using the Work mail feature of the Instinct (or even thru Yahoo mail or such) and there's an attachment -- is there a way to save it to the mSD card and then open via Google Docs?  Definitely something for us to add the list of what we'll just have to try when the phone releases.

Picture attachments can be saved to the MicroSD.  as in regards to using Google docs and other 'office' tools, that would be dependent on the third party developers in questions.  (Hint, bug Google to write an Instinct compatible app)...
