The Policy Mod modifies the policy in which your phone uses (that sprint made) to dictate what kind of applications your phone will allow you to download and use. Welcome to dictatorship. Our dictator is Sprint....When you modify your policy file we shall welcome you to the brotherhood of anarchy! Dont mod your policy file unless your comfortable or know how to work with file systems!

Oh and other ppls STOP supplying and distributing Pirated content! (Read the rules)

I don't know why everyone is going through great lengths to get ringtones on your phones. All you have to do is use audio editing software such as adobe. I know Adobe costs money but im sure there is freeware versions. Chop the song down to about 20 - 25 seconds. Save it as an .mp3 and go to rumkin.com and use the sprint uploader to send it to your phone. The phone will automatically route the "short" mp3 to your ringtones. Then you assign.

dont forget to set the quality down to 96kbps especially if u wanna conserve space...and why push a high quality ringer with a crap speaker.....unless u bring a sound system with u everywhere lol

men this phone sucks BIG TIME  a have it and since i have it there no s#@$#  new for the phone just the same bull @#$ it get old with go to 3g for free or mobile fun or wathever is just the same silly @hshs  the same crappy apli y u wanna kall it that way and in the other hand u got the iphonme with 5 year old kids maiking applicatios and real ones it is not even fair  there is NOTHING kool for it just some full @ss apli and you have to pay for it mar my WORD SUCKS!

Wow this guy is so mad....he cant even complete words or sentences! There is no 5 yr old kids making apps for the Iphone. Get your facts straight and get off our forum if you have nothing constructive to say!

so why dont you go get the iphone so you can play with those apps the 5-year olds designed? lol... we have all known for quite sometime now that this phone is never really going to get any better than what it is. theres not ever going to be large application development with samsung, sprint, bell or telus strictly for this phone. They dont give a sh!t. the best place to go for apps specifically designed for this phone is http://www.instinct-software.com   the developers over there care about the phone and the people that want to try and enjoy it.

on another note, i think the venting room would've been a better place for your post.
