Is there any program that could allow my instinct to be used as a wifi spot?

Not really.... No. Not that i have heard of or read. THO my dads HTC Touch (discontinued model) there was an option to share network connection...but i had Bluetooth and some other tools...but i never tried it cuz my dad has free net access on his sprint phone...so no need to try!
