cut, copy, paste app?

Ok this been my 1st week with this m800 instinct, I figure out alot but now i am stuck and i cant figure out how to cut, copy, or paste. I get emails from time to time where i need to cut, copy and or paste materials to someone else. Can you do this function on the Instinct?

The new Opera Beta Browser will allow you to copy and paste from the NET but as far as emails from the phones native email program i do not believe this to be possible. I could be wrong and someone please chime in if there is an app or workaround but im pretty sure unless you are in the Opera or Bolt browser then copy and paste is not an option.
