I have searched all over the place to find a (free) video converter that will work great for the Instinct. Good news, I have found it!!! Do a Google search for "Any Video Converter". It should be the top link for the freeware download. With this freewaree you can convert a YouTube URL to whatever format you would like. I have been converting the URL to a mp4 format so I can save to my "TV/Video" player in my Instinct. Also you can take the 3gpp2 files from you phone and convert them to wmv to save to your Window Media Player!!! You can also crop any video that you are converting before you save it. There is so many different formats you can use for converting videos. I have worked for Sprint for 4 years now and I HIGHLY recommend this video converter!!! If anyone need help figuring out how to save and play videos on phone after converting please feel free to email me at

Follow up instructions:
You want to make sure the video is in a .mp4 format. Then copy or cut the file and paste to the phone. you need to paste the file under - computer-->removeable disk-->DCIM--> CAMERA-->(I created a folder here named "Downloaded Video").
After pasting unplug your phone and go to home-->fun-->tv/video-->my videos-->camcorder-->(here is where the folder is that I named "Downloaded Video"). There will be a folder symbol next to the folder, click on that and "add to favorites" for easy accessability. It will then be a quick link on the favorites tab of your home screen.
