policy.txt question

I've got a quick question about the _policy.txt hack. Is it usable with/can it be edited to be used with an at&t phone? I'm wanting to use it so that I can load .txt files onto my memory card instead of making a jar everytime I want to add a new ebook.

not shure. bought that maybe when you do hack just have the copy of your phones .txt saved to your pc. so when you need to add one all you have to do is add it to there then post it to your phone.
