Go to youtube if you want to see how the video works.  I'm thinking it converts the vids to 3gp and streams them.  It opens the instinct browser to play them.

on this

pro: it plays vid pretty fast. No stuttering audio, at least for me.
con: can change size of vid screen; goes to Sprint's browswer; can't return to Bolt as stated on instructions. Need to close Sprint browser. Then return to apps and click on Bolt to get back to where I was.  Vids come smudgy. Can't see details.

FWIW, I used the unsigned one and it worked for me.

You need to download the unsigned one without trying any of the other ones.  Evidently when you try one of them, it invalidates the rest.  Sign back up and try again.

Ok I got it, thanks for the help. I would really like a signed version of opera, but we will see how this one works out.

Then I can't help ya man.  I got the 909 error when I tried the signed version, but the unsigned downloaded fine.  It may have something to do with the amount of traffic they are having....somebody else said they downloaded the signed version.
