Just given a shout out to the folks who have now made instinct-software.com friendly to the Sasktel customers up here in Canada!

myinstinctwaswrong, KillerBeagle, d0lph1nK1ng  you guys rock!

I am looking forward to more apps and hopefully some tricks too, and to the guy starting the free app site, let us know when you got it up and running.

I've searched this whole website for information on the actual sprint/instinct app store and all i've found is some people saying that they were just saying that to make us happy and the other half of the people are saying that its gonna happen in the future. I was just wondering if any one had any new information on whats going on with the app store...
i really hate being misled by sprint!

There are no plans for a Sprint app store, and to the best of my knowledge Sprint never announced there would be one.  A poorly worded posting on some other web site was what led people to believe there would be an app store.

The most recent quote from Sprint regarding an "app store" was on the developer's forum, saying that any Instinct apps would be in the usual place, the "Digital Lounge".

The instinct-software.com site is temporarily unusable by Sprint customers due to a Sprint issue.  Any download attempts will be met with a "504 - gateway timeout" error.  Hopefully Sprint can get this resolved soon.

Bell Canada and Sasktel users can still successfully download apps.

Well, downloads are working again thanks to mugwumpj's suggestion, a lot of work by myinstinctwaswrong, and the purchase of a fixed IP address and SSL certificate.  Using SSL bypasses Sprint's broken proxy servers and forces the downloads to come directly to our site.   Of course, those two changes come with extra fees, so donations would be appreciated to help offset the additional costs.
