And don't forget to download the FREE Instinct-Software.com App. Browse and download apps for your phone with our(Instinct owners) very own appstore app!!

yeah boys, THAT would be cool.

Only problem is that you'd have to access the memory card to read the ebook file, which, unless you are certified through Sprint, ain't happening.

There is a free apps section.

So is the sprint certified developer fee a one time thing?  Or do you have to pay it for each app?

Could multiple people use the same certificate, ie. pool money and buy a cert license for the forum to use as a whole?

It's $5000 per year, which covers signing of 2 apps.  Each additional app is another $2500.  Developers must meet certain requirements such as carrying liability coverage for their software development company.  So no, it probably couldn't be shared, but at $2500 per app it's not really practical anyway.

well you would have to factor in how many copies of the app you end up selling. If you sell 10,000 copies of the app at $2.00 you have 15,000 dollars profit depending on whether or not Sprint charges other fees.
o btw 10,000 copies is a bit of a stretch but you get the point

I believe also Sprint will retain the rights to whatever software you develop. It's up to them if the app is released and how much will be charged for the app, plus they will be taking most of the money. It's not really a practical solution for the small developer.

myinstinctwaswrong has been doing a lot of work on the "Instinct Software Store App", and now we can accept Paypal Mobile payments to purchase apps from your phone.

If you have not enabled Paypal Mobile for your Paypal account - we urge you to do so in order to use this feature.

For more information on Paypal Mobile and how it works, you can log into your Paypal account and search Paypal’s site for Paypal Mobile.

It’s a safe, secure way to use your Paypal account form your mobile phone.
