Voice to Text

How is it that my factory voice to text worked pretty well, not great, but ok, then I installed the latest update and it's now terrible. It doesn't even work, doesn't recognize that I'm speaking most of the time, and when it does, it get's it completely wrong.

Any suggestions on apps to do the same thing the factory installed program used to do?
