The best advice for Instict I EVER heard!!

For every disapointed Instinct owner out there who has realized that the Instinct is nothing more than a phone that is "All dressed up with no where to go," I cry with you. The Instinct line is nothing more than a hot piece of hardware with gimic software and if captain kirk had one, he would have thrown it out the Enterprise window at warp 9 and never looked back. Well, I think I'm gonna do like the captain and switch over to HTC. Android might just be the way to go...waddyathink?

I'm actually trying to downgrade. I've gotten so tired of this phone's problems that I use them less and less. For example, Sprint exchanged my Instinct with another Instinct and I didn't even bother hooking my email accounts back into it. Why bother? It's easier just to find a wifi hotspot with my laptop when I'm on the go. That's Windows Vista and gives me trouble when connecting to different networks, but it's still easier to deal with than my phone.

I haven't even bothered putting the Opera Mini browser back on the phone. Once I can get out of my sprint contract I'm going to the cheapest phone with the cheapest unlimited minutes and texting plan I can find.

Yep. It blows.

Anytime you have entire forums of people wishing their phones could do this thing or that thing and waiting for fix after fix something is wrong.

Sprint and Sammy were either very shortsighted or just plain dishonest. Either way, they produced plenty of disappointment.

Fortunately, there are plenty of cooler and much more capable phones out there.

I have moved on. It was just a damn phone! (This forum is still pretty entertaining though.)
