I didn't want a second phone, lol. First tech did a hard reset, advanced tech ended up doing the same thing before he decided to have my phone reflashed at the sprint repair store. I'm sure he just wanted them to confirm there was a problem. 20 minutes later, tech guy walks up shaking his head, says "We'll, we reprogramed the software" and I said "and it's better?" He said "we'll, we pulled up the tv, selected a channel, and the phone froze, made a phone call, and shut off"...so I said " so what's the bad news?" I'm telling ya...it had Demons!!!, lol
Some good news though, tech reprovisioned my new phone, and now the tv is working... Hallmarks are still a no-go, but now the tv is soft-resetting the phone now after about 5-30 minutes, and it's ghosting and stuff...so I'm going through the motions again. I really Really want this phone to have more stability...I'm just glad there's an update coming, so well see...
