Why wont that stupid shopping button work it makes me wanna cut out the inside of my phone and poop on it Shocked

does anybody have a solution?

What are you expecting it to do? It takes you to a Sprint store to buy stuff from them,like ringtones,apps and more through the built in browser.What happens when you press it?

Ha! I know this one!

For google index: samsung instinct sprint shopping "digital lounge" "white screen" "won't load"

Okay, this actually happened to me last night after doing a phone reset (for some reason my voice sounded muffled and like I was in a tunnel, the reset did not fix this. It fixed itself somehow)

After doing that I couldn't get the shopping page to load nor download my content from sprint via SMS.

This is how i fixed it.

Erase cookies
Erase cache
I checked for updates while I was there (none for me)
Update PRL
Update Data Profile
Turn off the phone
Take off the back cover and remove the battery.
Wait for Chicken Tiki Masala tv dinner to finish. (1 minute)
Reinsert battery, turn on phone and Walla!
