picture mail pending?!

Ugh i'll compose a new pic mail and try to send it to someone, and it'll will take days to send if i'm lucky. most of the time it never sends. the only person it's ever worked on is my brother who is on the same plan as me...
pissed and looking for any help or advice? thanks in advance.

Honestly, I don't konw... Sometimes it sends right away, sometimes it takes HOURS!!!

I have a similar issue, although it's common among all Bell Mobility Instincts. My pics send alright in a timely manner, but they will say pending forever and never change within my phone. Even thought the picture has actually been sent which you can verify in my online picture albums.
