Hi, CBC818. Welcome to the site. Sorry to hear that you've run into one of the frustrations we all have with the Instinct -- browser issues. Are you still within your 30 days? If they don't run out before the rumored update on/around Nov 12, we are hopeful that after that date we will be able to run other applications on the  phone. (In your situation, maybe one of the Opera browsers will be able to run with keyboard support)

What sort of errors are you getting when you try to hit the sites? Perhaps some of our members can help troubleshoot and see if there's a way to get you operational. If not, then as I said the pending update may help, may not. In the end, it just may not be the phone for you if it can't support your trading. Sorry... it's a great phone but doesn't always hit various needs for folks.
