Hmm I don't know how else to get the computer to recognize your phone man.  The only alternative I can think of is to by a card reader and use the adapter that came with your phone.  Sorry man.

Did you try holding the button on your tower in til the computer shuts off...then try putting the card in after re-booting the computer...mine still wont read the card in the card reader sometimes and that's how I fix it....
also...make sure you uninstall the media manager...it just gets in the way..

Don't let the computer shut down....shut it down is what I meant...
Also...make sure the adapter (what your sd plugs into) isn't in the lock position ( just look on the side of the adapter ) Your computer might not recognize the sd adapter if it's locked....

I dont have a card reader..

Im sorry, and no offense, but I honestly dont know where anyone got under the impression that I have a card reader. Well I do, but it isnt an option here. The reader is huge. And how small is the card that comes/fits in the phone? Like 1/4 of the size of the port.

I know there are adapters, but I dont have any.

I dont have a card reader..

That's part of your problem then...get an adapter...or via usb, keep trying to get your computer to read the card from the phone...shut it off ( the phone ) while it's plugged in....something....could be a bad sd...sorry I couldn't help

here's one on Ebay that's up in an hour...

I appreciate all the help everyone is giving me.

If I have to get an adapter, perhaps I will look in to it soon.
I am not too bothered about it, its only the music. Which I dont use. I just want the card empty.
