Guidelines for this section

OK, so the staff of this forum does identify with you. There are some frustrating things about the phone, and sometimes you just need to vent. This section has been created for that sole purpose, within reason.

We will NOT tolerate whole scale bashing of the phone. If you're that unhappy with it, your action ought to be identifying another phone that better suits your needs not just posting empty words here. Take action and find yourself some happiness.

We know some of you are terribly frustrated with your phone to the point that you have elected to return it and move on to another. That's your decision to make, and we applaud you for taking action. That said, we'd prefer you not be overly negative here. Instead, maybe the new home for you is one of our sister sites if there's one for your phone. We'd be happy to help you find one ... just let the staff know.
