What a rip off this phone was. $500 for a phone that won't even work properly?! We didn't pay for a cell phone. We payed for a smart phone. Nothing works on mine. Weather, News, Sports, Entertainment news, Movie Listings all give the error: "Uncaught exception. Exiting application." Then they immediatly close back to the main menu. The Media Player asks to download an update. As soon as I click download, it gives an error "download failed, application authentication failure. Error 909" I click OK and it gives a blank white screen. Plus all the other issues mentioned in this forum. What a piece of garbage!

well it seems you got a foulty phone. mine works fine. and this is no smartphone by any means but its better then some cellphones that are coming out the's days. i love mine and yes eventually i will get an android bast phone but for know i like this s30. i had a v9 razor witch to me was cool too.
