Email Settings Keep Disappearing!!

Has anyone else had the problem of email settings requiring re-entering of information?  My first instinct was stolen 2 weeks after I got it.  I recieved a re-furb from insurance.  Since then my email account settings have been wiped out 3 times.  I will notice I have not recieved a new email in the last hour.  Go to the email app.  The new setup wizard makes me re-enter all account info.  Is this a common problem or do you think this requires a trip to a repair center?  Other than this glitch, I love the phone.

Have you gone to the application's settings and updated the application? It has gone through I believe two updates since it came out and so it may be a bug that is a result of old software.

I definitely agree with Egidio, insurance means you get exactly what you had. Its called indemnification. I would take it back. Although refurbished is supposed to be just as good, there are always some gremlins inside. Take it from me I shop at Fry's electronics

Mine has also done the same thing twice. I wonder why I haven't gotten any email and when I go to check it, says I have to re-enter all the info. Mines brand new from the store (maybe a month or so old) but could be from the updates.

I tried to upgrade the application.  It was current.  The settings have remained in the phone since the day b4 my original post.  I appreciate the advice.  Hopefully the gremlins are gone.
