Screen freezes, clock resets?

I have been reading up on problems that the Sprint users have been experiencing but I didn't see this one. Has anyone had their screen freeze, usually when trying to switch tabs, then the back, home and phone buttons at the bottom flash? The screen freezes and then the clock resets itself to --:--...then eventually it says entering Telus Service Area and the clock comes back to normal?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or if it is just my phone!

mine froze too this morning
i couldn't even turn it off or anything but like 5 min later, it started working again

I've had one freezing incident. It sorted itself out in a few moments, and I'm just glad I wasn't doing anything urgent at the time.

bad news from telus technician. " TELUS HAS BUTCHERED THE CANADIAN VERSION OF THE INSTINCT "
i am also having problems browsing so i contacted Telus, a f?@#$n technician told me that the phone is only made for browsing mobile sites, and that you wouls have to access them from the telus web browser only, nothing else will work, forget about video streaming from you tube, etc... the phone can't do it, he told me that the phone is just like a motorola krzr, it's just a phone, and not a smart phone like the htc touch diamond, so i told him to go f@$k himself and Telus.

Just got off the phone with Telus. My phone has been freezing about 10-15 times a day. Usually just after I unlock the phone if I press a tab or a button on my favorites it will lock up for about 10-15 seconds. Anyone else on Telus have this issue? The girl at tech support told me that it was not a known issue so maybe I just got a buggy phone.

Anyway new phone on the way, hopefully this one will be better!

i have the same problem... when i click on the blue star at the top (while i was out thing or what i missed) and click on messages (i have 1 text msg unread) it wont let me go into it. just before it does it freezes the fone and i have to wait like 20 seconds for it work again... but still freezes
