I ordered my Sprint Instinct online thinking I would save money. They advertise no activation fee and the chat reps can give you codes for discounts, I got a $50 credit added to my account.
Well it sounded great when I was ordering and for the first two days of having the phone and checking my account. Then on the third day of having the phone Sprint wants to charge my account again. Sprint charged my account another 404 bucks making my account have a balance of -68 bucks considering I'm a student and not "ballin" like everyone else lol. I like the phone but I don't like the fact that my account is now in the negative.
What makes it worst is that when Sprint charged my account it went over 30 bucks BUT the bank charges me another 30 something bucks for overdraft. THEN the bank sends this information to the credit people if I don't pay the negative balance SOON!!!
What does sprint say: I ONLY SEE ONE CHARGE. I tried to remain calm, considering I was with a chat rep, so even though I almost started to type some really rude things I remained calm. Which I think helped me out a tad bit. The guy told me all he could really do was open a case to be investigated. He put it as "urgent status." So hopefully my money will be back in my account SOON. I mean I do have to eat and put gas in my car and I don't get paid for another week!!! I can put gas in my car and eat off of 40 bucks that I have in my pocket. O yea I also have bills to PAY!!!!

But I do think the guy understood what it was saying and he said he made the investigation report very detailed so I hope my money is put back into my account soon. LORD PLZ let it be twm
