I just joined Sprint for the Instinct, how much time do I have to cancel before Sprint they charge me the $200 fee? Is it 30 days?
At home I have NO reception bars, I still call make & receive calls.
Out in the wild the best I've had is 3 bars, mostly its 2 bars.
The browser usually stops before its done loading a page in both mobile & standard modes.
The TV section is crap. All I see is clips from shows (of which does not fill the screen & is grainy), tonight I will try the Sprint Nascar Live, however as of now I can't find a listing for it.

I love the touch feadback and I am suprised how good the text entering is.

it is 30 dayz when u have just signed on with a new contract, not if your an existing customer. If you are a current customer their is a way to cancel for free as i have explained on another thread in this section.

Yeah, I saw that "work around.' Thanks.

What I meant was that I have been using sprint for ten years. But I was month to month w/o a contract for the last six months. So not sure if I can cancel the two-year contract I signed 12 June.

After your contract is up you dont have to renew and can stay month to month. I did this 2yrs ago because i didnt realize i was out of contract. Was kinda nice to have them beg me for something for a change

on 06/25/07 sprint released 2 very interesting new policies.

the first one is called "high frequency caller" and the second one is called "excessive roaming initiative".

here's how they work, if you call on average more then 90 times in 6 months (average 15 calls per month) then sprint will terminate your account, no etf, and they'll send you a letter stating how its your fault. but the etf is waived.

the second one is a little bit trickier. It states that if you roam more then 50% of your total minutes used (mobile to mobile and n&w also count) in a 2 month period then they'll cancel your account (not just the offending line), and waive the etf again.

this can be great for some looking for a way out, but for those that don't have a choice other then sprint and is in a rural area, this is just another kick in the pills.

Oh and to the guy who did post regarding the letter received from my first point, If you call and get transfered, or the call drops or you need to swap esn and need to call back, or the store screws you into a contract, then yea, that'll result in cancellation.
