Sending Pix or Video

When ever i try to send a picture or video to someone it always says pending instead of sending or sent. Why doesnt it send the pix??

mine is the same way but when i recive a video text from a friend, after it takes forever to get to me, i cant even open it...whats the deal?

I had send 4 pictures 4 days ago to my friend who has a Iphone and he has not got a single pictures yet.

IPHONE CANT SEND OR RECEIVE PICTURE MAIL OR VIDEO CAMERA. MAIN REASON WHY I HAVE AN INSTINCT.
