So im writing on behalf of my bf just fyi.....
He just got the instinct.... and i have U. S Cellular (like a local cell phone service provider)
and have sent him pics before on his other cell phone and hewas able to store them fine
on his instinct now when he gets the pic it will ask him 4 things:
browse, delete, save url, and save to contact ID
All he wants to do is save it to his folder on his SD card or his phone....
when he starts to download it (i dont remember what option he chooses...)
it will look like it finishes downloading and then will stop....and go to his 'home' screen im guessing... he just says it 'dissapears'
whats going on?!!
i have been hearing stuff about this sprint picture mail .... but he i dont think is set up for it...
anyone know what to do?
he took it in to the sprint store and im thinking they were all a bunch of dummys or something...but they couldnt figure it out...... so that is what brings me to the internet.....
any help??
