My wife and I both have Instincts, since about July or August 2008. We have the Unlimited Everything plan and we are both having problems with our PictureMail and VideoMail.
- Why does the PictureMail or VideoMail force us to view the media in a browser through our Pictures.SprintPCS.com account? We have a friend with the same phone and plan, and his media is viewable straight from his phone, not a browser. Why can't our Media Mail be viewable upon arrival through the phone instead of the browser?

- My phone can receive PictureMail. I click on the message alert to view, "You have new Picture Mail! Click Go/View to see now." I click on the link, go to the browser, and am given three options: Broswe, Share URL, or Save to Contacts. I click on the Browse button. I can view the Picture, but to see it larger, I have to click the link "View Media" I click the link and can view a larger picture, but not the size of the Instincts entire screen. But there are no options to save the Picture. The browser only has links/options to: Reply, Reply All, Forward, and Message Details. How can I save the Picture to my phone?

Instead of being able to see an actual picture, I see where the picture is supposed to be, but it is an empty box with a RED X with the word 'Image' next to it. There's no media to view. This also occurs when she receives VideoMail.

- My friend with the same phone and service plan, sent me a videomail. When I go to view it using my forced method as mentioned above, I see the first frame of the video as a picture, and in the bottom left corner of the 'picture', there is an icon of a video camera. I click on the picture itself, the icon, but nothing, I can't view the video, only the first frame of the video.
I've tried resetting both phones by taking the battery out while they're on. I've tried updating the software, but it says I have the most current.. I've tried updating the data profiles. I've tried calling Sprint tech service and they were unsuccessful, told me they'd call me back, and I haven't heard back for 3 days. I've tried logging into our Pictures.SprintPCS.com accounts to see if there's any settings to change that may be related, and there seems to be nothing.
Does anyone know of any solutions to fix any and all of the listed problems and errors? This is driving us crazy.
