picture mail crash fix

ok my g/fs phone started booting her back to the speed dial screen everytime she tried to open the picture mail tab i searched here and couldnt find the answer on how to fix this but i figured maybe she got a bad pic that corupted everything i had seen on the forum elsewhere that some ppl where having this problem (i searched to post this there but cant seem to find it either mods feel free to move where need sorry for the inconvenince) basically all you have to do is (you will lose all of your unsaved pics) open up pic messaging and immediatley press the delet button this should give a verification notice select yes and it will clear all pics you have to do it really fast to get it to work also dont forget if there is a pic you want to keep save it when you get it incase this happens again
