How To Move Photos from Camera to Other?

Hello,

Is there a way, when I take a picture to then move the photo off the camera to the sd card and visa versa?

Do I need to do this on a desktop? I havent tried that, just playing on the phone I could find no way on the instinct to move photos around. (and video for that matter).

Also - if i take pics/video how can I have it default to the sd card instead of the camera memory (which is only 32mb? thought was supposed to be 256?).
