If you have Sprint MedManger on your computer  I think you can just drag them over to save to computer and it will format them for WMP.

I can't stress enough to people how useful CCCP is..

http://www.cccp-project.net/

The best, bar none, set of codecs for all versions of windows and; unlike some of the others out there, this will NEVER screw over your machine.  I do video for a living so trust me on this Tongue

You can then play your videos in windows without converting them.

As an aside, Quicktime will play these files if you just want to install that.

i have tried ALL the available free wares and none worked for me. I don't know if I am missing any other piece of s/w like codec that is needed for the conversion.

I have been using Video Cleaner by River Past
http://www.riverpast.com/en/prod/view/?family=10
Moderate cost, payable through Paypal and easy to use. I like free a lot better but did not find one that worked for me the way I needed.

I use Super (C) for video conversion.  It's freeware and works well enough (although it gives warnings on a Vista machine, it still works).  It converts all sorts of video.  Finding the download link on their site can be challenging because the site is text intense, just follow the below link and do a text search for "from official site 3" and perhaps you can locate it easier.

Hope that's useful!

Send me a pm with the files attached if they aren't too big or I'll give you my email address and I'll see if I can convert them for you.
