Can't receive picture messages

I send and receive a lot of picture messages.  I can send them sure, if not without a half day's delay, but I can NEVER receive them.  I just came from a Helio Ocean, and could totally do it, so I do I get them on my phone?  This is a total problem for me and I need 'em!  Thank you for any help you can provide.

Also, does the instinct still send picture messages/text messages if you throw it into sleep mode right after you hit send?

Same problem...

Me and my boyfriend each have an Instinct with Bell Canada.  He can send me pic messages, I cant.  I can only send him regular text message.  It shows on our online accounts that the message is sent but it just doesnt get to the phone.  Called bell 4 times so far to try to fix it... they made me do things like reset my account, take out the battery ... nothing worked so far.  Anyone else had that problem and knows how to fix it?

Also, timestamps on my text messages are all wrong.  I think thats another issue.
