mp3 stop loading on phone

hey everybody im having a problem with my instinct

i download mp3 then hook the usb cord in and and slide it into the music folder

it load for about 2 seconds then stops and says something about incorrect file path or source then also my instinct disconnects itself from the cp

anybody know what the hell is going on?
