So far I'm happy with this phone, and can't wait to see the bug fixes and upgrades to come!
I'm on my 3rd Instinct unfortunately.
The first two had an issue where the phone would freeze whenever an incoming call was received while listening to MP3s via Bluetooth (Motorola T505). Seems this phone does it as well, and also 2 demo Instinct's the store reps duplicated the issue on as well. So I'll be sending Sprint Technical Support an e-mail to try and have this added as a "known issue" that hopefully will be resolved with the release of BJ20 (MR-4).
Today, Instinct #3 decided that the Sprint TV was going to "lock up" when I tried to enter it and then cause my phone to keep lagging between screens. Stopped at the store and the rep there duplicated the issue and resolved it with a Data Restore and Re-Provision.
So far it's working great again.
Depending on what we see after the next software update, I may just keep this wonderful device as a back-up and get an HTC Touch Pro as my primary (after I see what all "bugs" come out of Sprint's latest and greatest phone).
So far though, this phone definitely fits my normal day-to-day business and casual needs with seamless effort.
