All they need to do is let you use .png's or jpegs for the icons per app and it'd be great  Tongue

Ideally, they could set it up so that a certain folder on the SD card, all you have to do is name the .jpg or .png the same as the app so that automatically registers as the icon for that app.

Treo Launcher for Palm works this way for example.

Hopefully eventually we'll have similar functionality in the Instinct.  I used to have a Treo and remember the many 3rd party apps that I added to the phone to add functionality to my needs.
