Looking for the case that came with the Instinct...

Just wanted to see if anyone is selling the case that came with their Instinct (the one that came in the box with the phone). My fiance lost hers and it appears they don't sell it anywhere, you can only get it with a new Instinct. If anyone is not using theirs and would be willing to sell it, please let me know!
