I've heard the IS will help cover scratches, the boxwave seems like it will just prevent more

if u pay $7 month insurance i think u can pay some amount and get a new instinct phone.  don't know how much the amount will be but im pretty sure its less than $50.

I don't remember which forum I read it in, but I did read one member said the boxwave was succesful in 'hiding' the scratches. If I find it I will post it here, but not today I have to work!
In any event I highly recomend the boxwave. I threw my IS in the trash.

i don't think u even need to go to radioshack. just call customer service and tell them the situation. they might as well mail u a new phone like i got. i hate going to store cuz people working over there think they are too damn smart.

I thought it was $50 to pay to get a new phone if you have the full coverage?
I had the Boxwave since day one and I don't know about hiding or getting rid of scratches, but gosh, it sure protects the phone from any.
